I don't know if Lynne pops in or not, but Lynne if you do, I think about you and your family and Damien all the time. I have missed you.

I hope that you and your children are moving forward a little at a time with the wonderful memories of your life with Damien and surrounded by both of your families.

Lynne, I still have the note on my mirror to remind me to pray for you. I see that you pop in occasionally and that makes me glad. It must take a very, very long time to grieve and heal the loss of a beloved spouse. I think of you often and I wish I could wrap my arms around you and give you a big squeeze IRL. *sniff* God be with you and your sweet babies.

Lynne, I didn't get to know you (even virtually, as I'd just de-lurked around then) well enough to feel I could comment on that thread, even though it brought tears to my eyes and still does to see it again. I can't imagine the depths to which you yourself must feel Damien's loss, and wish you didn't have to, and not your children either.

But wanted you to know you are missed, and thought of...even by a virtual stranger. Bonds form in the strangest, most unexpected ways, I guess, in a changing world. Hope you and your children have formed new bonds in real life too in this short time. Did you get the puppy you wanted, I wonder? Hope you're doing well, and hope we'll see you back here sometime. If we don't, wishing you every blessing life can pony up in recompense.
