Warm/wet Spring day lace with capris.

Hi Ladies,
It is warm and damp today so I needed a bit of foot coverage for my weekly shopping trip.
These are new Rivers sandals worn with a new lace top. I layered it over a multi-cotton tank for more coverage and added interest.
Capris are from Target.

Lyn I like the layering. It's unexpected and fun. I'm thinking of Angie's recent outfit and wondering if you could layer a black button down under it for a dressy look. Of course it would need to be a bit cooler:). Can I ask where you got the lace top? I have seen a few around but none that grabbed me. Brown Sugar have one but I feel it's pricey for what it is. Sandals look good too. I like the coverage. I can see these working in place of Cons in Angie's skinny pants, cons, denim jacket formula.

Karie, thanks for looking- I am from Australia, so as we head into warmer weather there are lots of this type of top available from our local stores.
Deborah, thank-you for reminding me of Angie's lovely layered outfit, and the other ideas to try with this top and shoes.
I bought it from Valley-Girl about 2 months ago, and I think they went quickly due to their price point and fast turnover. (I tried to find one in my size that was 'perfect' but settled for this one because there were very few others available even then.) Good luck with your search. Try Katies- I saw an off-white longer sleeved one on their sale rack last week I think.
