My mom is 89 and recently moved to a memory care facility where she is always cold. Typically she wears a short sleeve polo shirt under a sweatshirt type cardigan with fleece pants.

Did I mention she is picky? And changing things up would be complicated, for example a quarter zip fleece would not be acceptable.

Any suggestions on where to find fleece lined knit tops, like a long sleeved polo or even a button up mock turtleneck? I thought I saw a Callaway golf shirt that would work but that didn’t pan out. A crew neck will be too difficult to get on and off, and a scoop neck won’t be warm enough.
She does have help when she needs it but layering is just too complicated for her.
