So, last year at Christmas I noticed this coat in the closet of the spare room at my parents. I remember when mom got this coast and I remember her wearing. It's too heavy for her now (both weight and temperature), and she hasn't worn it in years. So, I asked if I could have it.
It's from Kerr's Furs and is fantastic in this -30 *C weather we're having right now. The blue liner comes off, and it's a lovely grey wool underneath. I remember these being called "Churchill parkas", but I have no idea if that's their actual name.
It's incredibly, fantastically warm and I appreciate it very much.
