Okay, so here's the new shoes that I just posted about yesterday. I feel diffident and ambivalent about them....in one of the pics you can see the "genie effect." I also think with other long-ish shoes, there's less of a contrast between the pointy toebox and width around the widest part, whereas here the contrast looks stark to me. They just seem club-shaped.

Also I'm torn about the shell. I really need this type of layering top in my wardrobe; there are giant holes there. When I first saw it in-store, it looked fantastic underneath one of their blazers. I'm not styling it that great here, but here it is. It's nice, I like it, but at this price I need it to be an absolute 10, if not an 11. It fits me well (in my opinion; Angie may not think so), not tight at all even around the bust, but that of course means that anything that fits thru the bust will be a bit loose elsewhere...but that will always be a problem at my current size.

I also include the link because I like it so much also in the pic, and when I received the package I was disappointed....I didn't see much of a contrast between the grays, like a diagonal stripe that I thought was so cool. In my item the colors are more muted. It's still nice; I'm just not thinking I got as cool a pattern.
