My niece who is a stylist, gets arm pain from going through clothing racks (picture quick motion of right arm pushing through individual hangers on clothing racks). And she is just 32. I wonder if you experience something similar? RSIs are no fun, that's for sure. Take as long as you need, we miss you but we understand. And thank you for reading our threads while you re-couperate!

Angie thanks so much for the update. You remain in my thoughts as you rest up issuing you but want you back healthy and feeling fab:)

Take care. Hope you feel better soon.

Thanks for the update, Angie. Take all the time you need to heal and we will hold down the fort for you.

Health comes first, for sure! Hope following your regimen's "musts" have you bouncing back as fast as possible.

All the best for a speedy recovery from your recent the bout with your injury. Nagging injuries like RSI's are the pits for certain!

Thanks for the update. I'm glad to hear that you are feeling better! Please continue to take care of yourself.

I'm glad you're better now! Take care!

Glad you are doing better, keep resting so you are ready for the holidays!

Hugs, Angie! I remember you going through this before, and I know how thorough you are about covering all your bases in any area, so all I can say is continue to do whatever it takes to stay healthy and out of pain!

Sounds a good plan (!)

Don't type an answer... but have you ever tried acupuncture?

I'm glad you're resting up and not trying to rush it! I know RSI's can be ruthless if you don't take good care of them. Thanks for using some of your keyboard minutes to wish Jeanne and I a Happy Birthday!

It's not quite the same here without you but I'm glad you are taking care of yourself, definitely the most important of things.

It's so good to hear that you are on the mend. Keep up the rest and care of your arm!

Glad you are taking care of yourself, Angie. RSI sounds painful. I've had my share of injuries recently too so I can sympathize! See you around soon

Do take care of that arm! Hope you mend quickly!!!!!

First off: I am soooooo sad you've had to become a pro at managing your RSI. It sucks when your body can't do what you want it to do

On the other hand, I'm thrilled to hear you're taking care of yourself, Angie! It's so sweet of you to check in on us (even if you're not posting) and even to give a little progress update. Fashion isn't fun when your arm hurts, so please take all the time you need for a full recovery!

I typically don't take painkillers either, but you might consider anti-inflammatories as a supplement to your icing when the cycle begins (ie, when the pain initially hits -- not now, and certainly not after 2-3 days). Since RSI is damage caused by swelling, if you can get the swelling down before too much damage is done, you can lessen the amount of work your body's natural healing systems need to do ... and therefore bounce back faster.

Glad to hear that you are recovering, albeit slowly. That's a tough injury to manage - take care.

I hope your arm is healing quickly!

Vibes for a good recovery Angie. And to you Joy! It is so hard to take the downtime for healing but oh so necessary.

Please keep resting up till you're back to 100%, Angie. We miss you, but we'd rather have you back in one painless piece---it's worth the wait, though I can only imagine how frustrating it must be for you.

And Joy, poor you too---ouch! Do take care of yourself. That does *not* sound funny!

Healing thoughts coming both your ways, ladies!
