I've had RSI for years and have absolutely everything in place for the condition - the best ergonomic work station and chair, wrist braces, a special arm exercise routine, OT, sleeping with my arms straight, altering my arm behaviour in my daily life, taking breaks, soft tissue massage, icing - you name it, and I have it down. So you are all spot on with your wise suggestions. Thank you so much! (Vicki, that book is brilliant and I have read it over and over again).
Every so often, I do too much with my arms which results in long lasting pain (like now) - and I generally don't take painkillers. Things are improving slowly but surely. Typing rest is the best medicine, so I am still forum-absent for a little while longer. Although I am reading threads
