Perfect timing, eh?
By the way, I got my hair cut yesterday. Still getting used to it, but I think I (will) like it.
Anyhow, plusses:
It's very stretchy and comfy and I will be perfectly able to do my baby tango routines in it.
--I kind of like it, not having tried on many other dresses.
--V-neck but not crazy lowcut.
--Seems like a fun, flirty tango dress that would fit in.
Minuses:
--Price. Seems well-constructed but it's still stretchy jersey, and cost $158. But maybe this is typical.
--As Zap would say, it's clingy. I don't mind overall; I do see how it clings to the weird bulges I have over my hips. But would even a looser-cut dress not show this? I doubt it.
--I have no separation between my huge bustline and my hips due to extreme short-waistedness, but again, I don't know which other dress would remedy this.
Because it's a dance, I will refuse to wear shapewear like spanxx for this. But I have a credit at a really nice bra shop, so in theory I could get a better-fitting bra with this (though I think this recent purchase from Nordstrom is pretty good).
Please be honest. I don't want to go there and look ridiculous. I will find something, maybe if I tone down the intent to look flirty. I don't want to look like a middle-aged discount streetwalker or in any other way inappropriate.
Muchas gracias, besos y abrazos fuertes,
Mochi
