Whatever the reasons for the "freedom of item labeling" these days - the model is wearing the loooooong tunic as a dress - and that's the interesting part. Perhaps that IS suppose to encourage us to wear it as is, or layered over bottoms. BOTH visuals would have been nice to see.

Tanya, YES. Tunics on Zara and Netaporter are longer than dresses this season - and styled over pants and jeans. I LOVE that look.
Elizabeth, agreed. Visually, I prefer a short skirt and dress on a short person rather than a tall, leggy person. Although you're saying that the skirts looked regular length on you - which brings me back to skirts and dresses being awfully short on people who are not petite.
