I thought trendy jeans weren't for me, but I love unfussy, sturdy clothes, and I want to look "with it". Found a great pair at a sale online, and tried them on. Love them! Maybe not the newest hottest look, but works for me. And I got these for ridiculous $14! True denim, very high waisted, tried them with a cropped cardi and my light blue shacket. Very colorful for my style.

ETA: I got two pairs of trendy jeans. The other was in the wash yesterday, so both are already in rotation. The last pair is more of a barrel style.

I have picked up so many great styling tips from petite bloggers on YouTube. I watch a lot of "how to dress taller" videos. The pointy nude ballet flats is a great tip to lengthen the leg line. It is so funny, because you know I am taaaaall, but I have relatively short legs. It's all about proportion, and I am learning so much from these stylish ladies!
