It’s awfully grey and gloomy in the Netherlands today, so I chose a bright outfit from my capsule to lift my spirits.

Three brights - neon pink, Dutch orange, watermelon - plus bright white. I find the colour combination soothing because it’s tonal, IYKWIM. Or you need to look away because it’s too bright!

Matching statement socks, which you see when I stride and sit.

Matched my Dad in orange, and my favourite Dutch breakfast in #2. A daily meal when I am here.

Love the father daughter coordination. You are making me want to revisit the Netherlands. And your outfit is beautifully bold and bright. Hmm when I do this it looks like a kids crayon box spilled. Does yours work so well because they are all red based brights?

Adriana, I was the brightest person on the street today! No Dutch black here actually. I’m in Velp/Arnhem. LOTS of blue, red, cream, brown and grey.

More pictures, yay! I like the picture of the two of you wearing coordinated orange. It's nice to look at all those merry colours. I also look for merry colours when the weather is gloomy (it will never enter my mind why the Milanese love black so much). Dad is an excellent photographer! And the breakfast ... I feel inspired to have a Dutch breakfast tomorrow morning - well, at least an imitation.

That is a fabulous pink jumper,it positively glows.You must have brightened up a gloomy day in that.l m curious about that cow ,is it the same cow that we ve seen before in your posts from your Dads or are there a lot of cow sculptures in your home town?

Stunning on you, Angie. WOW. Such happy brights. I love the combos on you and it's amazing how well the leopard coat works with all of it. The bright pinks with the red specs = inspired.
