Picked up the metallic Sperry TopSiders in a pewter/dark silver color yesterday in an effort to find more comfortable/non athletic shoe options for work. They are preppy for sure but the pewter makes them fun (and at this point my feet are killing me so the cute factor is very secondary).
But- the laces are so long! If you own these, did you simply trim and do you tie in a little bow? Do you do the classic boat shoe curl tie? That would be too prep I think.
Are these as comfortable as I think they will be?
