I love it! But then again, I tend to lean boho, too, so I'm an enabler. I say keep it. I'm not one to tuck in anything, so I can't advise there. I either surrender the waist or wear a belt over an untucked blouse. My advice to you is to do what works with your body type and personality.
I've purchased a couple of tops that are similar to that one, and am trying not to go OTT boho, if you know what I mean. That's not easy now that my fussy feet have forced me into Alegria classic clogs, which in turn have put me in wider legged pants that are longer in length.
Oh well. What can I say? I'm gonna end up looking like a hippie in spite of myself, I'm afraid. Then again, I'm only 4.5 years away from retirement and I work in a casual office, so I don't really have to worry about what direction my style takes as long as I'm comfy and happy.
