I rarely end up wearing anything that I later find to have been the subject of one of Angie's blog posts. As is often the case when dressing, I chose the pants to build an outfit around. I, like others of you out there, have been struggling with weight changes and distribution challenges which make anything but dresses difficult to wear. Once I got past my internal poison brain for stretch, elastic waist pants via the EF harems, I decided to try these EF stretch crepe slim ankle pants. They caught my attention when I saw all the amazing reviews online, so I ordered a couple of sizes and colors to try, them being EFs and all (strange sizing). Well, I'm in love...now I can wear something dressier than my stretchy, high waisted jeans and look more polished. But I digress...but try the pants, seriously!
I've recently started wearing lots of navy, so pairing the pants with a woven multilayered, asymmetric hem tunic in the same color seemed easy enough. I wanted some heel, and settled on my workhorse holographic wedges that many are all too familiar with. The topper was required, as we're having some rather chilly, rainy weather here in Seattle at the mo. I decided that the sporty luxe vibe of the sandals would work with the sportiness of the cropped BCBG boucle jacket. Silver tote (not pictured), nerdy watch and out the door with my big bag of NAS returns. More on keepers later.

Bonus shot of the second pair of EF pants in a HEWI silver in #2. I'm looking forward to seeing where I can go with these.
