Missing a few days from the Forum, and just popped in to share .... What We Wore to a happy musical performance (operetta) at the local theater while out for a long weekend to my in laws (our hometown before college and relocation).
My outfit was:
-suede like brown shift dress
-metallic beads
-black patent (crock) clutch
-black sheer tights
-black suede chuncky heeled pumps
-black jacket and trench(+a scarf)
As you can see, my DD is still in her era of skull theme and boots.-), meanwhile DH put on dressy shoes, his favourite purple shirt(has a subtle shine) and a dark cotton jacket but forgot to pack his black jeans (more formal, and no distressings) kept especial for events like that..:-((.
Oh well, we still felt fab and dressed appropiate in the crowd!:-))
