You all are the boostiest boosters of them all. Although I do get some random comments on my outfits, I am mostly just talking to myself with my outfits and it is delightful to have you all join the conversation!
CarolS - Yes, it is great for me that my girls like to go to thrift stores - although they surprised me by choosing that when I gave them lots of other options. And I must humble brag, now that I am sorting tons of clothes on top of my regular thrifting, I do believe I might actually be a world class spotter of needles in the haystack.
rachylou -
merwoman and Suz - Thank you! The snakesin top (Isabel Marant someone else's charity shop) is not my best colors but I still love it.
Brooklyn, suntiger, Aquamarine- Thank you for the bling validation and inspiration!
Lana - I would love that!
Zaeobi and Jaileen - These fisherman sandals are much more refined than the norm. I like the chunky version too but these are quite useful. Zaeobi - Yes I hear you about the too much gold feeling, I think there are just a lot of associations in our head that other people are not reading into our look if that makes sense.
Rejoiceandbe - Yes, I thought the shoes and shoulders were a fun touch!
RobinF and kkards - I know - I am amazed that I have any influence at all on two 17 year old girls .
BlueJay - Yes, I like to push my own limits sometimes!
Suz - Regarding gold, I am mostly a silver person but gold also works with my skin tone, which is that odd combination of cool undertone with yellowish overtone. (Blue and yellow make green after all!) But I do find it jarring on me sometimes also. Still working it out .
Runcarla - Blushing, wow.
Xtabay - Hope the thrifting went well! Passover was hectic (11 guests including 4 sleep overs) but good!
kellygirl, slimcat, Joy, Anne, Cardiff girl, madeline and everyone - Thank you so much for taking the time to comment and putting a huge smile on my face.
Inge - Thank you! I very much appreciate your eye for detail!
Angie - Blushing again. The matching bag was a recent thrift find and it is Radley London (unfortunately without the little dog charm). I picked it up both for the structure and the match to these shoes! And I thought you would appreciate the harem pants - I remember your Israel posts very fondly and hope you have the chance to come visit again!
