I would not judge her from this picture.
a) as I said, I'm sure she was heavily Photoshopped. Look at her waist. It's as big as her head. I don't care how starved you are--that is just physiologically impossible.
b) in her original state, she was most likely more filled out but still very, very slim. I used to know girls in high school and college who were very tall and gangly and just could not put on weight no matter what or how much they ate. Bony shoulders and arms and 0% body fat. That's just how they were.
c) You would not call an overweight or obese person "a beachball" or other derogatory names, would you? If you saw a plus model and said "OMG SHE IS AT RISK FOR A HEART ATTACK AND STROKE" there would be a huge backlash. Yet, when we assume the same health deficit about a thin person, everyone jumps on board.
I'd reserve judgment. No one's health should be judged on their appearance, and certainly no one's health should be judged by some wacky Photoshopped image used in an online catalog.
