I'll digress a bit but I can't help but to think of the the film Funny Face and the musical number, Think Pink. Kay Thompson's character, fashion editor Maggie Prescott, proclaims that women everywhere should, "Banish the black, burn the blue, and bury the beige...Think Pink!" When asked by a colleague why she isn't wearing pink, Maggie says she wouldn't be caught dead wearing it. LOL! I love the color of these wide leg pants but that shade of pink would be too much against my face. The argyle sweater combines different tones of pink with mint, teal, and orange, Since we've had two sunny and thankfully dry days in Seattle, the white teddy jacket came out to play.
