I have written the entire story behind this saree on my blog. I did not post it here cause I'm not really sure if all of you would want to read it. however, I'm leaving a link just in case you are interested http://clothesandcreativity.bl.....utfit.html

I wore this saree on my wedding and recently on the occassion of Karva Chauth. And although I'm not good (at all) at tying a saree, I think I did a fairly decent job at wearing this one!

Looking forward to hear your feedback on this essentially Indian outfit.

What a lovely colour! So cheerful. Something I've always admired about traditional Indian dressing is that women choose to drape themselves in bright, happy, beautiful colours that make them stand out against the landscape.

Gorgeous! I adore indian clothing. The color of this is so beautiful! I wish western clothing could be this colorful and look this beautiful and flattering on a woman's shape.

Btw I wore a saree too this Karwa Chauth... I draped it myself (first time) and I wore it almost after 5 years.
