Sorry for so many pics . . . first day in the new place and can't figure out good lighting yet.

I LOVE it!! But, is it the right size? I feel constriction in my arms and have to kind of 'hike up' the sleeves/shoulder area to free my arms up. I suffer from low armhole trouble in jackets in general, but this has me wondering if I should go one size smaller. What do you all think?

Gorgeous jacket Mo, I love it on you! When I clicked on the link it said $210, final sale. Can you still exchange it? I think this looks fine but it *may* be a little big in the shoulders and armholes. If you can't exchange it, I wouldn't worry as it really looks great and the smaller size might not work either.

Denise, when I called they said I could size exchange, just that I can't get a refund - only store credit. But I don't know if it's only a one shot deal . . . if so, I want to be absolutely sure the smaller size would be the better fit!

That jacket looks soooo good on you! The color is really flattering and it has the perfect amount of crop. I do see what Denise sees about it being a tad big around the shoulders, but I would keep the jacket if it's a one-shot deal.

What size did you get? 6? It looks like it fits you the way it fits on the model. I could see it going either way, actually, depending on what you're going for.

It's leather, so the size smaller would stretch and soften up as you wear it, molding to more of a second-skin fit (I'm picturing a fit kind of like the below if you sized down). Again, I think it's just a matter of preference.

Thanks Rae and Cathy! I did get a 6, with the awesome help from Una and her diligent measuring of her jacket.
I like how this hangs on me just fine . . . but the arm constriction is more a use/comfort issue than a visual one. Although, I see the model's fits her similarly in that area. Maybe the leather will move with me a bit through use?

If you like the look of this one, I'd stick with it. I think the leather will stretch to move with you either way. The more you wear it, the faster it will conform - perfect excuse to wear it everywhere.

This is gorgeous on you Mo - love the cut and the colour on you. I like the size on it and the fact that it's not super snug. I think this gives you more layering options, if you were wanting to put anything thicker underneath. I guess it all depends on how you intend on wearing it and your personal preferences.

Mo, I love this jacket on you!!!I think it fits but would also fit smaller, too bad you cannot see them both. Did you get the measurements for the 4?
It also depends on if you want it as an outerwear or inside jacket. i wear cropped jackets as layers under coats to be worn inside. In that case I would get the smaller one.

I want that jacket but would be afraid it would not fit with that final sale stuff. Is the hardware gold? is it pink or more tan pink?
Like I need another cropped jacket.

All you tempted girls, come join me and Una!! Greenglove, I could swear you already had this. It is sort of mottled and has some pinker and some more tan blush spots. The snaps and zipper pulls are silver tone, but the actual zippers are a coppery color.
Despite my armhole quandary, I would advise one to size up. My recent Express suit jacket was a 2, I often wear petite smalls or junior small/medium, and I am wearing this in a 6. Just a heads up!

I'll defer to more experienced leather wearers on fit, except to say that this one doesn't seem droopy or oversized. I wanted to pop in to say that it is amazingly lovely, and fits your style perfectly!

Ok, I pulled the trigger :b I was going to save for that turquoise one at NAS, but this is more my style, and I like the light color! Plus, I don't have any real leather jackets (just pleather) so that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.

I'm glad you all like it as much as I do. It is also reassuring to hear the fit looks good, if maybe on the roomier side.

Lord have mercy, they have it in grey too. I'd be soooo tempted if I hadn't just bought that blue leather jacket in Boston. But if I were going to get one more leather jacket, I think it would be white.

Mo, you look so fab in this jacket! I am confused about the armhole issue. If you are having trouble with arm fit being restrictive, how will sizing down help? I love the fit as is. Since you don't have my shoulders you could probably size down if you preferred. I think I could but for the shoulders. Can't wait to see you rock it!

BTW I am seriously contemplating the grey which would have been my color of choice had I been able to find it at that price!
