As some of you might know, I was looking for a very particular BR blouse that I could not find. And then our amazing Zap came to rescue and got the blouse for me. Zap, I would like to thank you once again so very much for finding it and getting it to me! It means a lot to me.

The blouse actually arrived a couple of days ago, but I kept trying to find a moment to take pictures in good daylight, and kept failing to do so due to my unpredictable schedule and random periods of tiredness. So tonight I just gave up and decided to take the photos in the night light. The beautiful dark green color is not 100% truly represented, but close enough.

The blouse fits great (at least I think so), on the fluid side, as I wanted. The collar height is just enough to cover my scar (photo #3). The neck tie is removable and I plan to wear the blouse either without it (photo#2) or tied loosely (photo #4) as I do not like bows.

This blouse is a beginning of a (hopefully) large collection of woven blouses/shirts of various sleeve lengths and made of natural materials, with very specific high-enough necklines. They will be essential for very long and hot summers, as well as springs in MD.

Thank you Zap! You are a wonderful human being. And thank you YLF for enabling this whole thing to happen.
