I just couldn't wait any longer - I had to wear my Boston BCBG blazer to work today. We had a baby shower at work this morning (coffee! no spills) and then a meeting. At the meeting, the assistant principal (a woman) said to me, "It's hard for me to concentrate on what you're saying because I keep looking at what you're wearing!" How nice! Of course after I thanked her, I had to chirp, "In that case, next I'll talk about the student's test scores!"

After the meeting, I took the blazer off as it was warm in the building, and I noticed a mark where the security tag was. I think I can steam out the mark from the tag, but there is a little pull where the security tag must have been attached (side of blazer). Should I attempt to exchange? I will be driving past a BCBG on my way to Long Island next week. Isabel, Pil, and I went over the blazer with a fine-tooth comb before I purchased it, so this mark/pull must be from the security tag (if you look closely you can see the ring the tag left). The pull is small but I don't want it to cause a run.

I'm also debuting a new 'do - too bad it wasn't in time for the Boston meet-up!
