The summer closet and jewellery purge is complete. I have one green garbage bag full of items for the CDA. Discovered that all my clothes that do fit are the wrong length or cut and the ones that don't it is usually in the shoulders or hips.
I hate my jewellery (gave up my loves years ago as I lost one of the studs of each pair every year). Decided it's time to go back to them and if I have to replace them every year so be it. One pair of discreet white pearl studs is on my list!
Got my hair cut and coloured yesterday and boy do I love it. No bangs hanging in the eyes and dead frizzy hair. I have included a pic from salon yesterday (he straightened it and I ended up in a downpour) and today after first wash. Will need some rest time to recover as my hair hates to be played with. Thanks to Suzanne and her post for me defining what it was I really wanted.
And Isis's suggestion of a pedicure went splendidly, thank you. I ended up coming home with a colour much like the ones I had only brighter even though I had planned on a really bright one. Laughed at myself when I realized.
The colour is L'Oreal Fleur de Lis. It is a pale shimmery pink with a touch of purple in it. Love the finish it gives my toes even in Birks!
