That is a fabulous collection of dresses.
Not necessarily by choice, but by practicality, I'm on team pants.
For fall/winter I'm team pants, at least for now. Although I did try to change it.
I tried to wear fall dresses this year. I bought some at NAS. I found the few times I wore dresses this fall I was too cold. The leggings I purchased to wear with them were too thin, and I gained some weight and the knee high boots don't zip up, so my legs were just too cold. The dresses were elbow sleeve length, so not really winter wear. I can not wear sweater dresses.
Spring/Summer-crops, old long dresses, and would like to wear dresses almost exclusively if I could find the right ones.
I haven't been able to find the type of dresses I like for spring/summer in a very long time. I'd like some knee length print cotton, linen, or something breathable in a style that isn't fit and flare and has some extra fabric to glide over the stomach and hips, even while seated. It has to camouflage lumps and bumps. With elbow length sleeves, or longer. Right now the only breathable ones I have are old sleeveless floral maxi-dresses that I wear primarily when I am so hot I just don't care.
I do have some dresses I really like that work for not too hot not too cold weather.
Mostly I see women my age in pants. Everywhere I go.
