Anna, I liked that one a lot too but the high bateau neckline worries me. That is a neckline style I've never been able to wear successfully because I have such a short neck.

I really like the one you picked and the crinkled chiffon Angie picked, but you must go try them on, or go to try similar styles somewhere because it can be such a surprise what one looks best!

Yay, Angie likes the one I like! I am seriously considering ordering this to try. Neiman Marcus has it on their site, which I would prefer to ordering directly from Tadashi Shoji because NM has a much better return policy (60 days vs. 15 days). However, they only have it in a 6. My normal size is an 8, but Tadashi Shoji and Nordstroms both claim that their dresses run large, so a 6 might work? Can anyone comment on their sizing? I've sent an inquiry about the measurements as well so hopefully I'll get an answer.

By the way, I am thinking I might also order that Ann Taylor gown I posted about a couple of weeks ago as well, since they are currently running a 30% off promotion.

Diana, I wonder if they run large for regular dresses or large for wedding dresses. Maybe call Nordies and ask? Wedding dress sizing is usually different than regular dress sizing--I think wedding dresses run about 2 sizes smaller, so an 8 in a regular dress is a 12 in a wedding dress. Someone correct me if I'm misremembering.
