So lately I have been spending some time looking at wedding dresses online. I do not want something strapless, and I do not want something huge and poofy, which eliminates like 95% of dresses (at least in my price range). I came across this beautiful dress from Ann Taylor (who knew they had a bridal shop?!?!). I LOVE the shape of the upper portion (neckline, shoulders, back) and the skirt is a nice, not too poofy or gigantic shape. (Click on the link to look at the close-up of the back - so cool!) I prefer the ivory color to stark white as well. I am not completely sure of the lace, and I think I will have to see it in person to be sure.
What do you think? Should I try it? It's online only, though, so I would have to order it and it is at the very top of my price range. The only problem is that Ann Taylor dresses don't generally fit me super well, although it may not be as big of an issue for a wedding dress which will most likely need tailoring anyway.
And has anyone seen anything else with this type of neckline and shoulders? (PS - does anyone know what this style is called so I can search for it?)
