Someone got a new bike for his birthday last week, the leaves are changing, and now we’ve had two days with temps in the low 70s (over 20 Celsius). We picked the bike up yesterday & rode partway home. Today we went out to the woods on the West side of town for a ride past a picturesque lake and to the oldest castle around—the royal hunting lodge. I didn’t realize it til later, but we were color-coordinated both days
The plaid jacket was my topper with the teal dress; I had a red cardi along to put on with the sundress in the train on the way home. The Kate in the woods pic was a goof, but it made me chuckle. Maybe you will too. The teal dress was purchased 5 years ago after abdominal surgery because I couldn’t deal with waistbands. It turned out to be a Tampa staple but hasn’t been worn much in Berlin at all. It seemed like just the thing for a freak warm fall day.
