Thanks Lyn, what a lovely thing to say : I've always wanted a strong personality

I enjoyed this series of WIWs so much. You have such a cohesive, strong, well-thought out look. It's simple and yet still visually rich. I secretly wish I could figure out how to get by with only one bag, but I am not disciplined about color schemes.

ETA: do you have a find for the COS jumper?

Trinny is your new style muse - apparently. *smiling*

I had my eye on that blouse too. Great minds....

You look amazing in each and every one of the suits. I love your style, full stop. You wear your clothing with confidence, a bit of humour, and grace. (Angie said it better with "panache," but there you go.)

Love the new pullover and blouse. Fast fashion -- guilty pleasure, perhaps, but also a useful resource!

Suz : thank you, you're always so kind and make every one feels special.
I'm new to this game, but I sense there's an art to mixing high with low : you buy plenty of low and you end up looking cheap because there's no money left to buy a good coat, a good suit, or good shoes...

Angie : well, it's a rather scratchy viscose with seams all askew = Zara.
But I tell myself to stop being such a snob, I can't afford it
Pleasantly surprised that it's not scratchy to wear (esp as it's so close to my neck). Not washed it yet, curious to know how it will hold up.
Oh, and I was amazed to discover I'm a XS in Zara, aren't delicate you sized out of all their stuff???

Scarlet : thank you, I doubt my black bag goes with everything, but I just don't care about bags.
Can't "Find" things on my ipad but here's the link :

Your shoe collection is stunning! I love the oxfords with the colour (pinkish?). Your suits are similarly stunning. You wear them so well. Great hair and what a loyal bag!

Thank you Jane, I like the idea of a "loyal bag"

So stylish, so sophisticated.
I gravitate towards more masculine styles and fabrics because the quality often seems better and the lifespan of the item longer. I'm so impressed by how you've got the fit of your clothes and the fitting together of the pieces just right for a final feminine look.

Isabelle, yes. Lots of bigger silhouettes at Zara these days. Not a slamdunk fit for me anymore. Oh well. There is still plenty for me to enjoy. I am having the BEST Fall seasonal refresh. And I can enjoy the scratchy blouse on you. *smiling*

I like your style, it is so polished, refined, and very you. You wear suits so well. My favorite is #5, but all of them are really great outfits.

skylurker superb photos I love photos 1 and 2 and I have a small favorite for number 2 you are very class

Isabel : I agree, and I find it's esp true with shoes.

Angie : fast fashion size really big, from what I've seen so far.

Dianna : thank you, your support is much appreciated

Bernard : c'est parce que #2 te fait penser à un noeud papillon, non ?

exactly and I think it's also very classy for ladies
