Hi Fab ladies,
This outfit is completely done by myself. No help from friends or shop assistents and that makes me proud. As I am not that good in styling. my only achievement is "black and white and another colour". Although these outfits are based on that as well, I was pleased with my two polka dot items.

I bought this warm and soft sweater in two bright colours. The fuchsia combined with black and the blue one with brown. The last picture shows you the earrings (purple with bright blue) which I wear with the blue sweater.

Do you like it? Or do you think I can do better?

Oh my -- you look radiant in fuchsia! It looks lovely paired with black and white. The turquoise sweater is also fab. Love your dotty hose!

Hi Greetje, both outfits are amazing and I think you did a great job. The only thing I would change is skip the belt in both cases, like in this ensemble:

I'm not very confident in my styling ability either, but to me these look very pretty. To my eye, the skirts and the berry and blue colors work beautifully on you. Love all of the "texture" in your outfits, too!

I love a vibrant sweater even better belted with a full skirt. The tights are so fun dots! I also appreciate the dots in the scarf. #1 is so pretty and polished worthy of being copied. (marking as a favorite!)

Wow - the full skirts are so much fun - and look great on you! Also, love the dotty tights with the dotty scarf. I think I like you in the fuschia a little better than the blue - but both are good colors for you. Did you consider trying them without the belts?

Beautiful, flirty, fun outfits! They are both great on you. I especially like the lines of that brown skirt. I had the same thought as Marley, about trying the outfits without the belts for another kind of look. You could ruche up the sweater hems a little for a more casual look, especially if you wanted to try chunkier footwear. Again, this is just for a very different, less refined option!

Those are two gorgeous, vibrant colored sweaters and just lovely on you. Nice styling here too, I especially like the repeat of dots in #1 with the scarf and hose, a fun look!

Hi girls,
Some of you gave me the advice to wear them without a belt. I will certainly try that. I had not thought of it as I am so fixed on creating a waist.
As for the two colours Marley, I agree with you, the fuchsia is a bit better for me than the blue one.
The skirt was thrifted as I could not find such a skirt last year. Of course this year you can find plenty. But hey. I got this one for a bargain and it is good quality.

Nice outfits & I agree with the others about the belts. I see you are concerned with making a waist but imo the belt stops the flow of the eye to your face - maybe a belt in a similar tone to the top would be worth a try.

Will try it without a belt too, but I do like it myself with the belt, so I have a good option.
And Deborah, I do not underestimate my ability to style. I am honestly NOT good at it. Just a lot of help from friends and shop assistents. Oh and focus and persistance. But talent? no, no, no. LOL
