Here's my version -- wearing today to work at home and go shopping for new carpet for a rental property.
I combined the pearl charm necklace from my husband with an old silver chain that has links that almost look more like beads. Oh, and I rediscovered my old pearl and silver ring -- I think it was from Silpada. I chose my BR silver and grey long-sleeved striped tee to pick up the silver. Added the cropped jeans, grey Truth & Pride moto, and distressed grey Doc Marten boots. I am liking the RATE/polished juxtaposition, but I realized why I tend to wear these jeans with long jackets -- the fade pattern on them draws a lot of attention to my thighs. Oh well, I hope it's JFE. When I keep the overall look fairly low-contrast maybe it's not too bad. I'll consider another pair of cropped jeans that does not have this much fading for a bit more versatility.
I guess my fringe would be either my bangs or the raw hem on the jeans.
