I've been wearing very casual clothes lately due to my activities and yet I'm attempting to change it up, so to speak, with what I have and two new purchases.

I'm giving thanks to Suz for posting a link to the Vince Camuto "Eliana" cage heels. I believe Angie had posted them some time ago, and I missed that at the time. These are very comfortable heeled sandals (purchased at Nordstrom last week) and this is my sky-is-falling item, because they have peep toes. The leather is soft and the heels are wide and sturdy, so it all works for me. I bought these in coral and the soft grey, as a bookending shoe for my lighter hair.

I rolled my BF jeans (photo 1) and had to keep rolling them, because they kept bagging down. I can hear Angie, now, saying "Wear a belt, ladies," but, LOL, I really didn't know what color of belt to wear. Help! Black just didn't seem right and neither did anything else. So, I went sans belt. Your thoughts, please?

I paired the jeans and coral VC's with an old REDCAT Theater tee.

I was in a California lifestyle mood (another version of Rae's newly-coined "Califormula" which I love) and I bought a maxi dress, which I've now worn several times, because it's very comfortable, light (yes, we've been enjoying warm weather) and I can throw on a denim jacket or cover it with a loose knit top or sweatshirt. I wore it first with my Cons (to a race in photo 3) and then the VC Eliana sandals (photo 2, I'd just had a facial, which explains the no-makeup look).

The last outfit is a neutral one with a very soft, comfortable Gap grey pocket tee, in a cotton and linen fabrication. I added the Banana Republic striped blazer for interest and it reminded me of one of Inge's style blogger's outfit from Saddles + Seersucker, along with Leith pants and metallic flats.

Thank you for taking a look. When you have a moment, I welcome any suggestions, and, yes, I need help with the belt.
