Star Ling Julian boots from NAS

The leather is soft, and I'm hoping it'll smoosh a bit with time. The boots themselves are very comfortable (I am a size 7.5 and got size 8). The soles are a bit slippery, but that's easily fixed.

I am really digging the look. They looked better on than I thought they would (I thought they would make me look too stumpy). Definitely a retro look (why am I thinking hair bands?) that is not for everyone, but it works for this MOTG!

P.S. Sorry about the poor lighting; I had to digitally adjust the exposure, so they're not the greatest photos.

Oh, thanks for the report and the visual, I like them a lot!
Are they supposed to slouch more, and in that case, is it OK for them to gape? (I guess that's a question for Angie).

And I'm digging your outfit. VERY fab! Love the layered necklaces. The pair I had on slouched more. I guess they were worn in from all the NAS customers (display sample). So they *will* slouch. And for that reason, the width is fine. You could also try pushing them down, Cathy. My clients did that too and it looked superb. Exciting!

Thanks, Angie! I was excited about the boots; I had planned a shopping trip today anyhow to buy clothes for my DH, and a side-trip to Nordies was convenient!

I am hoping they do slouch more. I'll try to push them around at random moments in the day

I don't have the matching chair unfortunately! I was too cheap to buy it at Ikea when I bought the desk and I was hoping I would find it on Craigslist for less... but I haven't had any luck yet!
