I chose the girl reading on the beach painting today. Mainly because I absolutely couldn't think of anything easier with my closet! This was hardwork ... but I put it together quickly in the morning rush. Almost did not post it because not that happy with how it turned out. But here it is anyway in the spirit of keeping it real and being a little less vain
I obviously chose the colors and the beachy vibe of the painting. I have plenty of blues to play with in my closet. So chose an airy lace pale blue skirt (Zara/last summer) and a more vibrant blue for the top depicting the water (zara/last summer). I didn't really know what to substitute for the sand. Finally chose my pewter loafers and animal print clutch because they were the only closest available colors and the clutch looks like a book. I think the clutch doesn't really go with the shoe choice ... oh well!
I chose some faux pearl studs to further represent the ocean. Now on to you. What do you think? Thanks for looking
P.S I look like I am wearing a dark hose. No I am not! It is just the bad lighting in that area of my house :-/
