Spring Outfit Lab - YouLookFab Forum

Yesterday I put together some spring outfits. I realize I have some wardrobe holes, and I am making a shopping list. I have a small wardrobe and hope to do some travelling shortly. We can dream.

Outfit #1
Top - Ecru tee by Velvet (Summer 2020)
Joggers - Green Camo by Lululemon (January 2021)
Footwear - MIA - Probably blue sneakers
Topper - MIA - Probably denim jacket - time for a new one

Outfit #2 & #3 - Same with different footwear
Top - White shirt by Velvet (Summer 2020)
Jeans - Everlane (Winter 2020)
Footwear - Cognac Booties by Clark and Chestnut Chelsea Boots by El Naturalista
Topper - MIA - Probably Theory coat

Velvet's two tops were winners, and I hope to add more from that label this summer.
I am hoping to add a pair of cognac ballet flats to my wardrobe this year.

You always post the most enviable outfits. I am impressed at how perfectly your garments fit and how cohesive your wardrobe is. In terms of ballet flats, I bought these Paul Green shoes and they are soft and comfy. Cognac is such a versatile colour. I like to wear these with my spring, autumn and winter clothes as in summer I mainly wear sandals.

You look GREAT in both of these outfits! There's the benefit of a regular yoga practice right there . Jeans and joggers fit perfectly. I'm confused by the Theory coat - for spring ? (or do you own it already ?) What about a blue/white striped menswear shirt to add in ? That would work well with both the joggers and your jeans, and you wear a shirt so well ......
