I've been doing a lot of that myself, lately. I try to read and post when I can, but sitting is the most uncomfortable position for my back so I can't do it for long. I'm doing aquatic therapy three times a week for my back, getting used to my seizure meds, and I got a brace for my back today. I'm not supposed to bend over or twist......ever......for the rest of my life. I'm trying to figure that out, and everything takes a lot longer. I'm still trying to get back to more work outs, but not sure if I can really do Yoga/Pilates without bending or twisting and still have it be a good use of my time. I'm still working on the bedrooms for Christmas, it's slower going than I would like. All in all, I'm ok, but wishing I was able to more involved here right now.
