Also, you can try a laptop if after a while you still don't like sitting. With a laptop surf the net in bed if you really miss it. I do that all the time ( surf in bed/on my rocking-chair-like chair ) because my desk is small cramped and uncomfy.

Wow, I'm not surprised you're not posting often if bending and twisting is out! We forget how much we do it even/especially when we're sitting down.
