I purchased this coat when I was supposed to be Christmas shopping for others. I saw, I liked and I bought no hesitation. Each time I wear it I feel great and get a compliment so it made me brave enough to post a WIW for the first time in addition to Angie's blue and black post yesterday.
I live in an area where we can need cold gear from September through May so it is really nice to have a variety of things that feel great on and keep you warm.
Coat and Dr. Martens are new. Jeans, bag and sweater thrifted.

It’s a lovely coat. You look great. I need emotion when I shop too, my problem was that too many clothes used to sing to me because I am quite eclectic and like a variety of styles! So I had to up the “organised” part of Angie’s “organised emotional shopping” so that singing to me was not the only criteria, the purchases had to be practical as well. This especially applied to shoes which are my weakness, I have done way better with them in the past 3 years.
Fantastic to see that this lovely coat of yours is practical as well as emotional!
And BTW I read your profile which is awesome at giving a real insight into your life, cheers.

I always find my best things when I am not actively looking too. This coat is beautiful and so practical. It is so nice to have a statement coat to add variety to outfits.
