1-2. This is why I have a vintage coat problem. I do not look good in orange. But the coat is objectively awesome! Look at the buttons! (This has been in my closet for years. I do enjoy that my climate justifies spring coats.)
3. I know this was a bit festive for the workplace but I gotta wear the things somewhere. A friend kindly sent me this dress when she decided it was not her style but was mine.
4. Worn with my trusty Fluevogs.
5-6. Supported an artist by buying this messenger bag made from repurposed clothes and have been using it often.
7. Went to a new-to-me thrift shop (rather, a local AIDS charity closed its thrift shops and this one reopened under the auspices of a different charity). I think Brooklyn silently influenced me from afar to buy this interesting brass necklace for $10. It seems like something she would wear.
8. As worn with skirt bought on a thrifting excursion with niece a few weeks ago.
9-10. Today’s other thrift acquisitions. Graphic T-shirt with lizard print—I think this is a tourist shirt from Barcelona, where I have never been. Sue me. The neckline is not the best on me but I swear it looked better in person. Also, super lightweight wool cardigan from Lord & Taylor, a shop that I think is now defunct. I am not sure what to wear this with, to be honest.
