Hi all. I was going through my closet and noticed I have way to many dresses, some of which I've worn and some which have been sitting pretty in my closet. Yikes! Luckily I haven't bought any new dresses except for #2. Takeaway from this: I have way too many dresses (more to come later) and I shop at the Gap a lot.
#1 - Gap. I still love this dress and was one of my faves back almost 10 years ago.
#2 - Target. Found this for $12 last month which reminded me of baby doll dresses of the 90'. While a bit low cut (which I can cover i[) and a bit on the short side for me, it does fit me like a glove and hits the smallest part of my waist.
#3 - Talbots. You know I can't resist a good shirt dress in chambray with round brass buttons. It's all appeals to my vintage side, plus it's a petite size which fits well. I purchased this from Ebay, brand new.
#4 - Loft. This is a keep for a work dress.
#5 and #6- Anthropologie. A high-low dress which is a bit more dressier. I would like to keep this for eventual future summer weddings or outings.
#7 - Macy's/Nine West. Chevron dress. To keep or not? I love this dress although it's slightly snug and I can see some bulges that weren't there before.
#8 - Macy's/Tommy Hilfiger. I don't now what I was thinking about this tennis dress when I bought it 1 year ago. I suppose I can wear it at the beach or to play tennis. (I rarely go to the beach and don't play tennis. LOL)
#9 - Gap. This tank dress is so light and airy, great for those late summers into early Fall.
#10 - Gap. I wore this a few years ago when I went to NYC. I still love it but wondering if it's a bit long. What do you think?
#11 - Gap. I bought this a couple of years ago when I was looking for a black floral. Still fits.
#13. Gap/Ebay. I was looking for a vintage hobo dress and this came up.
