Inspired by the seashell pink hoodie from my last WIW post (photo #5 here), I've been sporting some softer colors with my outfits this week.

#1 to #2 - Lilac Wide Leg Pants and Mint DKNY Sweater

#3 to #4 - Seafoam Green Gap Linen Shirt and Tank and Peach Sorbet Cropped Jeans

The soft colors look great on you - perfect for sunny weather! Love your bag - nice contrast to the pale colors ( especially in #3 -"yummy sorbet" and #5 - "sea foam blues" ).

slim cat - It's really nice to pull out some softer colors as the weather warms up. A refreshing change from fall and winter's darker shades.

ChristelJ - The cropped linen shirt was added to my summer wardrobe last year and it's been a great piece. The shorter length is really versatile and it's nice not to tuck for a change.

So great! Pastels can be hard to work with together. But with your clean lines and "outside of frosting" color scheme, they look great. I know there are some traditional pastel clothing types. I think of seaside towns, and the summer clothes of the Impressionists.
