I was in Manhattan over the weekend and noticed the same, not just in the shop windows but on the street too. Perfect summer-fall transition colour -- it's bright but it also has depth. Lots of rust happening too...

I was going to shop for cognac and caramel to update for F/W, but maybe I should do mustard instead? I know it will go well with my neutrals (white, blue, a little black), but what about red? I LOVE yellow with millennial pink!

I really like the floral scarf with the navy in #7. I could see a mustard skirt with an autumn floral print working well in my wardrobe, or maybe a pair of shoes. Mustard isn't in the fall palette I recently defined for myself but it would go well with a lot of the shades that are (gray, navy, plum, burgundy, rose pink). Would definitely keep it away from my face though!

Fun!! I love mustard with a red lip. I would consider a couple of pieces - probably a top and shoes!! I am a spring like you but I can wear mustard but citron is clearly wrong on me!! I have to enjoy that colour on others.

And Angie I know one of our mutual favourite Oscar looks was Michelle Williams in mustard with a red lip. So gorgeous.

Wow! Definitely on trend. Something about the Netherlands, the sky and the light, I think it’s the perfect colour there. Vivid colour doesn’t always work here in No. Cal. Esp on houses.

Very pretty displays.
I like a bit of mustard in prints. “Cuts the sweet!” Not able to wear large amounts. I like handbags for spice & contrast. Also can cheat with Faux Mustard— some shades of camel.
My 1901 blazer has this changeable yellow- mustard thread in the plaid, one of the reasons I like it.
