OK since I saw the red version of this vest that Angie posted in Laura & Kristen's tunic thread I haven't been able to get it out of my mind. My brother was asking me what he should get me for my birthday, and this may just be the answer!

So just as a hypothetical, can anyone who has tried on/bought this vest comment on the size? I have found that Express sizing is tricky. Some mediums are a bit too tight around the ribcage/waist (my large area), but most larges swim on me. I have 2 dresses in a similar shape in the same size. One is perfect and one is too tight I fear (was planning on posting pics soon). Should I go for an M or an L in this vest do you think?
