If you liked them, then yes, buy a 2-3 pairs before they close.

Honestly, I don't / won't miss Payless. I just never liked plastic shoes unless they're fip-flops. And as I got older, it become more important to wear good fitting leather shoes and sandals. But I'm sure for parents with growing kids, Payless was great. Vegans too.
