Shopping my closet for Angie's black pants outfits

I took the black pants post and ran with it! Apologies for the blurry photos and bonus smudge on the mirror, but I only noticed after I looked at the photos (natch). I tried to recreate Angie's look #2 with two cropped jackets and #1 with my crazy platform oxfords (instead of white sneakers) that I have a bit of trouble styling.

I do not think I am wearing one thing here that is not second hand and in my closet for at least a year including:
1. Reiss leather jacket, Ann Deumeuleester pants, Zara tee, Marsell mules, Prada chain bag.
2. Switched to Vic boots, my current favorites.
3. Switched to vintage Celine jacket.
4. Switched to vintage Dior boots.
5. Tahari blue jacket, Maya Negri pants, Robert Clergerie shoes.
6. Switched to vintage plaid jacket (with a Ladies Garment tag!).

If you are game please comment on which version looks best and/or worst. I tried to make small changes to see how they affect the outfits. Any other comments, even jokes about smudged mirrors, also welcome. Thanks!

I can’t pick a favorite! You look fab in everything. I love all iterations. The vintage Celine is dynamite and that plaid blazer with the sneaker is so playful and fun. You look gorgeous!

Oh wow! The first outfit is such a perfect rendition of the second version of Angie’s ensemble. I cannot get over it! I think I like that version and the other cropped jacket versions the best. But they are all seriously fab.

I like 1 and 2 the best. Think it is my own preferences talking as they look a bit more polished, which I prefer. Other than my hair I don't think I am RATE. And even my hair makes me happier if it is shorter and tidier.

All are great outfits but #2 is stunning.
Maybe #1 is more useful where you live if boots are too warm there?

I agree with the others, these are all great! I think my favorite is #2 but I also love the sneakers and the Celine jacket and #1. Really hard to choose.

Now you have to play in your closet more often, this is such a treat to see all of these amazing outfits. #2 and #3 are simply perfect in every way. No wonder those Vic boots are your favourites. You have an enviable shoe collection and they all look like they are comfortable and wearable shoes too! You are an amazing shopper. How can I choose? I love them all. I think these outfits show what a pro you are at shopping for (and finding) second-hand treasures, and at outfit creation. It's an artistic achievement to have this beautiful selection of pieces in your closet, and to put them together to create stunning versions of Angie's black-pants-and-jacket idea. They all look great on you, too.

Angie - I am beaming! I figured out a slightly different way to style my hair (scrunch the product in) and I like it much better. Thanks for noticing!
RobinF - The small difference in shoes does make it a different outfit I think.

Bijou - I love shoes, but I really can't wear much of a heel unless the shoe is very well designed, and then we are talking to up to about 1.5 inches.
Joy Those pants are among my favorite. I have been in my closet a few years, and were not new to begin with - that is the beauty of certain designs.
