I feel like a great hunter-gatherer! I scored some garlic herb chicken skewers, swordfish, and 4 cans of soup DH wanted. I note the store is fully stocked with wine.
Inspired by nemosmom's post I got out a blush Boden sweater bought last year. Nearly same color as my skin. I have 2 more
Boden cashmeres in a similar color. I did put on lipstick and blusher, but it's not enough.
DH really likes me in this color, which seems strange to me. I love the color but I feel washed out, almost invisible wearing it.
Tried a couple of pendants to bring some life to it, but not happy with what I thought would work. Na Hoku pendant was birthday present.
Also Joe's Jeans and Sketchers, added a long J Crew cotton cardi.
This afternoon we had a family birthday party via Zoom. The birthday boy, upside down, turned 4, my son's birthday is Monday. California and Illinois united to sing Happy Birthday 2x.
