Sal's challenge and other new-ish things

Last 2 from my modified version of Sal's challenge, plus a couple other outfits with tops I bought this year. My wfh time is coming to an end soon *curls into a ball and weeps* but I'll be wearing more non- gear clothes again.

First 2 are with the challenge top. Maybe a little too Halloweeny with black, but oh well. The Ripskirt wasn't staying put, better as a swim coverup :/
#3 has new BR top. Does this count as safari- lite? ETA this color scheme makes me think of Roxanna!
All those were for work errands/events.
#4 has new Kettlewell top. And for Joy- the turquoise necklace with the batik skirt. Worn to hang out with friend hiking and grilling veggies over fire pit. Yum!

#5 it's a beautiful day in the neighborhood

Burgundy and orange is one of my favorite combos! Summer clothes in fall colors is my sartorial happy place!

That's one of my many pics from paddleboarding, and this river is the back of my neighborhood I go out early in the am while it's still below 90 degrees and the speed demon power boaters aren't out yet-lol!

Don’t think the orange and black looks Halloweeny and I’ll be honest, I’d never think to put orange and plum together, but wow it really works. And love the rich brown and blue outfit

Thanks kkards! I like to just drop anchor and sit or lay down on the board and just watch the herons fly and the fish jump

#4 is my fave! Pretty, comfy and elegant! Loving the KILLER green pattern and necklace match. Nice bag and shoe complement too.

Thanks Angie! I don't wear that necklace much cause I worry about breaking it (real turquoise not howlite), but Joy made me do it
I hope cognac stays around in shoes and bags Forever! Don't know what I did in summer without it!

Love #4 and the turquoise. You are so inspiring with your use of color. I do not see Halloween in the black with the dark orange.

I like the style of the skirt in #2 - did not get Halloween vibes! #4 is particularly gorgeous and stunning view!

Like all looks with slight preference for #2 and #4 - the light brown bag is excellent addition ( nice neutral and gold chain adds dressy feel ).
Necklace in #4 is fab!

Nice color combinations! I don’t get Halloween from that one combo because the orange is not bright cartoony orange.

Sometimes I miss living right across the street from the bay! But I have been swimming every night the last few days.

I am sure cognac is a classic that will never go out of style. Love your summer outfits and also the local scenery. #4 is so elegant.

Love the sunset colors in the first outfit. I agree with others that the top in #2 is a different kind of squash than pumpkin, so it doesn’t look Halloweenish. Is that purple in #4? I really like the skirt, and how it works with the unexpected color of the top. Lovely to live right by the water. We are 10-40 minutes from various swimming holes.

These are all really nice, breezy summer outfits. Sleeveless top + skirt + slides is a winning combo for you! I especially like the look with the "Roxana" palette.

Jealous of the pool Janet! I'd love to have one but would have to cut down trees for anything big enough for laps. The river hasn't been clean enough to swim either :/ Maybe when I can cut back working I'll be a Riverkeeper!

What a terrific bunch of outfits! I’m also a fan of “autumn” colors in summer attire.
I can’t pick a fav, because I like them all.
That turquoise necklace is to die for! The “real deal” is so rare these days!
