Saint and Sophia- any experiences?

Has anyone bought anything from Saint and Sofia or shopped them in person? This is another brand that is new to me, but I like several of their pieces.

I have a couple of pieces. Like Zaeobi, i had not heard of them until Angie spotlighted the brand. As Xtabay say, the quality and price value is excellent. My experience is that the run TTS, but are not generously sized, if that makes sense. So that if you are sometimes size X and some times Y, are on the cusp of their measurements or prefer a roomier fit, size up.
I have had 2 shipping issues, and the customer service was excellent. The 1st time was early in the pandemic and my package did not get to me until past the return date, but they extended the return window for me. The 2nd was recently when my package seemed stuck somewhere overseas, (tracking showed it had not moved between DLS and the the USPC in 2 weeks), and they send another one!
