In my weekly style schedule, Fridays are "personality day" for me. Today was designated as Flannel Friday for an office theme, but my only paid shirt has a rip in the sleeve so I mended it best I could and decided to throw a leather jacket over it. From there I went with a graphic T under the flannel (a friend's band actually :), a silver geometric necklace, black skinnies, my much-loved suede stiletto booties, and a studded belt. Makeup is smoky purple eyes and pink nude lips, hair is my signature high pony with the punk swoop. (Pretty quickly got too warm and took the jacket off. I hope the mended rip isn't too noticeable. I really need to get more plaid shirts!!)
Any feedback, positive or critical/helpful, is most welcome!
As the day goes on, I am noticing just how much I enjoy this outfit. It's extremely comfortable, I feel stylish yet very true to myself, and it's flattering on my figure.
When you find an outfit that really resonates with you, how do you typically store the idea or "look" for later reference?
