First off I would like to thank Ingunn, and Caro for the inspiration and motivation to create this mini capsule. I am driving to visit my best friend on the east coast this coming Friday. I figured since I had some time today, that it might be worth it if I could try putting together a capsule for this trip. I have to pack eventually between now and Thursday if I plan on wearing more that just the clothes on my back.
I am very pleased that I was able to put together a capsule that covered everything from a nice dinner to sitting for 14 hours comfortably in a car. I thought I would have to start with neutral basics to get the hang of it but I was actually able to build this capsule around a neon yellow sweater. (Who knew!)
The dominant neutral is blue I also have, orange, yellow-gold, and teal for variety. I will post the outfits when I return after Veteran’s Day but here is my list of raw materials and some pictures:
1 white button-down shirt
Yellow and beige long sleeve tee

Teal Scarf
Burnt orange ruffle front tank

Neon yellow boat-neck sweater
