1-4: Monday of this week was Halloween. For the first time, my workplace made a thing of it, with a "Hats and Bow Ties" theme and a grazing day. I couldn't turn down the opportunity to wear a hat, so I went big with a large 1940s straw bonnet-shape hat. I wouldn't ordinarily wear such a recognizable skirt again so soon, but it perfectly matched the flowers on the hat. I couldn't match the rust ribbon and veiling, but I wore cognac shoes. And completed with a dark purple knit wrap top. Very fun to wear!

5-6: Tuesday I forgot to photograph, so this is Wednesday. A cool front had finally arrived so I could wear long sleeves. I love the autumnal print on this dress! It pairs well with rose gold. And this was the first outing of the Aquatalia Rhumbas, which I scored off eBay. I love these boots! Way more comfortable than I expected and the fit and look is spectacular. It's not to be expected from my overall build, but my calves are a scant 13". I'm reveling in this nice slim fit!

7-8: Thursday it's the Aquatalias again. I'm also trying out new tights, so it's blackout this time. Navy floral chiffon blouse with sweatshirt collar, tucked into forest green skater skirt. Pearl earrings, silver leaf necklace, and a hairstyle that... seems to have rearranged itself in the course of the day!

9: Friday was an off day, but I would likely have worn this to work anyway. I had a lot of errands so I wanted to be pulled together. Pink high waist dress, gray wrap belted sweater with angled hem. Spanx faux leather leggings, and chelsea boots to finish. Hair up and out of the way.
